Refund and Exchange Policy
Refunds are not accepted for tickets. All sales are final. Tickets may be released back to the public or exchanged with another patron but cannot be refunded.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (HeART in Motion). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
